If you are unhappy with your order due to a defect, damage, or a quality issue we are happy to make it right!

FUJIFILM will guarantee that the products will conform to each of their general descriptions within the Verizon Cloud Prints and Gifts application and will be free from any defects in design, material, or workmanship for thirty (30) days from the date of shipment, except for defects caused by any customer provided corrupt or malformed images or files.

We may ask you to provide a photo that will allow us to confirm the issue and solve your problem promptly. FUJIFILM will either recreate your order or provide a credit or refund to make sure you love your custom-made product. We may ask you to return the defective product prior to receiving credits or refunds. In this case, you will be responsible for shipping costs.

Since “Print at Retail” orders are completed at the retail location, we are unable to directly refund or exchange your order online. Please visit or call the retail location to return or replace your order.
